I was on vacation last week on the beach and every day from the time I woke up until late at night I was counting between 15 and 48 boats fishing one small area in CC Bay at a time. There were CG boats coming and going throughout the day and a helo making passes a few times a day. I ended up speaking with one guy who was filling up his boat at the gas station and he was complaining about a comm boat towing a dingy so he could have another license to keep more fish. Anyone know if it's possible to do this?
