I saw that idiot. I was wondering what the hell he was doing towing that thing. He went out of Barnstable Harbor. That doesn't sound kosher.
48 is a low estimate too, it sucked as my boat is not big enough to make anyone get out of my way. There would have been way more if the wind was not blowing so hard. It is a common occurrence every year at that spot. Just not worth it to me with the comm. season still open, and I got a license. Last year was way more fun
