Mostly because if you paid attention to the closure schedule listed on your brochure that is given out with your sticker each year Head of the Meadow is only open in August and closes September first which includes the High Head south section as well. It was never open all the way from HH to HOTM this year because there was insufficient beach front for vehicle access. That place historically caves each season where you have a really dangerous situation with your truck a foot away from a 6 foot drop.
Learn the facts first before opening mouths.
And BTW the real Nazis are the Bird People from the USFWS not the Seahore people. The Seashore people actually would like to see it all open.
