40 knots in a boat is nothing

I've ridin with Got Stripers before.

You haven't lived till you ride shotgun with BM on the back trail when he is in a hurry to get to the next cut bouncing from side to side off each side of the berm, I swear he was gonna end up in a dune or roll. What speed limit?
