I only met Ken Schwam once. Just didn't know where he was buried. If it is on the Vineyard, I would like to go to his grave. Anybody know?

For those who don't know the story, he was a fishing guide who finally made his dream come true. He moved to Marthas Vineyard to pursue his guide business. He unfortunately died while guiding. The thought is he fell off of a dropoff while flyfishing and drowned.
