I sent it in to our local expert. (Dr. Greg Skomal) I just got a reply back...

This is a blue runner (Caranx crysos), one of the jacks. This species is around in the summer and fall, but not in high numbers. Its close relative is the Crevalle jack (Caranx hippos). Thanks for sharing the photo and let me know if you have any other questions.
