Even you are not lightning friendly. Your body is mostly saline based fluids that conduct electricity. There's no such thing as a lightning friendly fishing rod.
One of my pet internet peeves is people who suggest that it's safe to fish in a lightning storm with a fiberglass rod

I don't think I ever suggested fishing in a lightening storm.
That being said, I'd much rather have a glass stick than graphite if there was any question.
