Schoolie Monster, the OSV for CCNS is $65......access is Race point, High Head (but be careful) and out to the right on Coastguard at night...if I am not misstaken between8PM and 7AM. Also they have gone to weekly permits for I think $45. In the past few years I have seen more closure due to erosion than Plovers

but still plenty to fish!!! The problem is it can get crowded at the Race on busy weekends but not bad during the week....when all else fails we head out to the Mission Bell side (to the right before the parking lot) which is barely crowded!!! Hoping to stay overnight on sunday after the trip and going to get the permit monday...if you are interested in checking it out first let me know, I certainly wouldnt mind the travel companion either!
