)of this spot....it was RISAA's first adopt-an-access. Like TDF said dont respond to them.....they are only helping us with this stuff.
I too sent this to the town council, town manager and the police chief....here was the chief's response.

I will have Det. Joe Andreozzi look into this, however please know that threats posted on the internet, and in this case NOT to any individual in particular, can not be prosecuted. Even if a threat is posted on a free website to an "individual" the AG has ruled that it may not fall under the Disorderly Conduct statute.
