Mike - don't go to Burlingame - the permits as of a couple weeks ago were all at the Stedman / Mcgrath Complex on RT 1 in Wakefield, RI.
I went over a couple weeks ago and all the passes were moved to the Wakefield office - I think they only take check or money order - the hours
were 10-3pm:
