You would be better off with a guy who has a good reputation, that will stand behind his work and be there next year if you have a problem, of course those guys are busy, can't come tomorrow, don't want to do a job that's just good enough to get you thru the winter and won't put in the cheap stuff you buy at home dumpo.
Just remember next year when there is a new owner and some contractor did a cheap job just because that was all you wanted to invest and it has issues, they will say the contractor did a bad job, not the previous owner got a cheap job like he wanted.
