too bad all your examples are 30-100 years old. and you're right, 30-100 years ago the democratic party was much more racist than the republicans. but things change. the republican party has been taken over by the ultra-conservitive, evangelical far right wing of the party. The Sarah Palins of the world. wanting prayer in schools, creationism and abstinence only. global warming is a hoax, and everyone should own an uzi.
