I'll say it again, Scott.
CHIROPRACTOR - I'm a big advocate of it. It take time to fix things so don't expect to see results immediately.
I see one on Lyman St in Westborough. If you want I can see if my guy can recommend some one down your way in Uxbridge.
If I didn't go in for adjustments one or twice a week, I would be a pill junky.

Heck I use to take a well over a dozen or so Advil a day. I never take any pain pills any more.
I'll have to guess you have sleep apnia as well because you are grumpier than me.

LOL. Neck being kinked will screw up your breathing. IMHO, surgury would never be an option.
I know depending on which chiropractor you go see/use makes a HUGE difference. Stay away from ones that do more than one thing at their office. You want to see family ones where you see kids, teens, adults and eldery.
I never believed in it until I tried it. If you have time some day I can tell you some stores.

Keep in mind it can only hault the damage you have done and it will help with the finger sensations for sure and numbness issues. If you have calcium deposits in between your vertibrae then nothing can fix that.
My 11 yr old daughter goes and so does my wife. I went on my own for a couple of yrs or so before they started. We have been going together as a family for two yrs come Feb. My appointments are early afternoon and the other two go in the mornings.
