That is STEALING. 401ks are YOUR money. If that was coming, I'd do everything I could to take a full hardship withdrawal and eat the 10% penalty. I cannot believe that is something they are considering. Seizing of private assets by the government, nah, thats not socialism,,,,,,its commuinism!
