Is there a cheap dog walker in your area?? My dog shep ( sheperd mix) stays home 8+ hours with a walk with little trouble. I only pay $5 for a 15 min walk. I also use canine genius toys with treats to keep him busy. Also adopting an older dog from a shelter would probally cut down on your problems.
