Heck, if you don't mind wasting the time, you could go after the towing charge as well as "pain and suffering", or just "inconvenience".
I would also check on the possibility of going after "treble damages"

) but you'll probably just get back your towing cost. Then it will be a matter of WHEN you would receive the payment.
