Just closed on a Scout 185 (18' 5") with a suzuki 140. Looking forward to getting her in the water and doing some fishing.

I realize that the fish will be pretty scarce in March - what do you think is the best bet? Trolling with a tube? Jigging with diamond jig? Live bait? I'm basically clueless - but willing to go thru trial and error.

Where do you find the best fishing reports? I assume that once people start catching fish - it must heat up on this board. This looks to be the best RI bbs for fishing. Any others you'd recommend?
