God, I just remembered my Dad and my step-grandfather Harold making me a complete set-up for a Lionel train set on plywood that Pop painted and put the little trees and people on it and everything, it was pretty detailed, Pop did a beautiful job- big Christmas surprise for a 7 year old!

It had the log-loader and everything, nice transformer, two different engines and you could put the pellets in one of the engines to make it smoke...and the whole thing was on casters so it would slide under my bed.

Man, I used to love that set-up, wish I had it today.

Sorta got in trouble one time...... me and my cousin Richard got caught staging head-on train wrecks...

Pop wasn't real happy with me, either.
