There will be a set-down after the storm (most likely) once the Low passes and the NW comes in. Go scout spots at low-tide Sat afternoon, especially up inside the bay... should be able to see some structure if the swells aren't too big to obscure it...

I guess I just looked at the water under the Sakonnet River Bridge on my way to drop off Griffin, and the water was almost on the road.
