There's another reason for the death penalty if ever I saw one.
Anyone that blames their crime on someone else, (IE Charles Stuart)
has ALREADY PROVEN their mental competancy.
Unfortunately, I won't get to see them burn in hell, but I'll rest more peacefully that they will.
ANYONE willing to destroy a child's life or innocence doesn't deserve an mercy or leniency, and should pay the FULL PRICE for their crime.
Sorry for the rant, but I won't be happy until these kinds of POS's get their FINAL 15 minutes of fame tied to a table with a needle at the ready. (Notice the file film of Caylee's mom? She has that "Paris Hilton look of importance, if there is such a thing.)
