Luxor became Crack. My Luxors say "Made in France- Brevete S.G.D.G." I assume that is the town? Reel in post has different writing, unless they moved factory.
I have never seen a vintage Mitchell reel with a skirted spool. First that I know of was built in the 80's.
Been searching online and can't find anything that's close.
Can you post all printing that is on housing?
