I was sad to hear it this morning. Not the most colorful character but definitely a character! When my friends kids were small , we used to drive by his house on the way to Smith Point , nantucket and we would make a big deal about it every time we went by. "That's Mr Rogers' house! "
The kids thought is was so cool knowing where he lived and driving by!
