I get one every season, but the conditions have to be just right. The couple times I've lucked into them all shared a few things, brutally hot summer days, very little early morning action and I fished into the noon sun being stubburn, even to the point of going offshore 7 miles for some cod. Seems they only hit when your tired, overheated, frustrated and need something pulling badly
