Pretty darn good, considering how much work goes into it.

It all depends on what you're getting in return.

On the spinner, is he gonna open up the body, degrease it, wash the parts, and then regrease it? Same with spool assembly? Check the drag washers? I always thought pulling apart a spinner was more work than the average conventional.

There are a few conventionals that scare me enough to send them to the shop (Daiwa SloSH ). Everything else I do myself - b/c it only takes me 45 minutes to really clean it well.
