Seems like Obama's assembled a very experienced and pragmatic team around him, which is good for everyone...
Daschle is a bit of a dope, but I think he's a good pick for HHS. He certainly has the experience and vision to help address healthcare.
Emanuel is getting more attention than he deserves IMHO. Yes, he plays hardball, but I don't think there's a history of foul play like you see with Karl Rove. He does have a track record of being very effective. Looks like it's just being exacerbated by the Blago issue, but there doesn't appear to be any evidence Emanuel was involved in any wrong doing. In fact the evidence seems to pull hard the other way.
Considering the Bush Administration was loaded with idiologs hellbent on pimping their warez and covering their tracks...
It would look like change is certainly coming. Let's hope Obama can pull off a clean tack and get this country on a better course.
It's not going to be easy.
