My kids can't understand why I have rooted for the Jets for 45 years. I don't understand it myself. It is agony- but there are some good moments. I would like the Jets defense to play with emotion and aggression. This is football. Mangini and Sutton look like statues-devoid of emotion. The problem with football is that it is not easy to see how a 8-3 team can collapse with no injuries. The defense is sleepwalking. I don't see any smart coaching. I would like to give the other Brett a shot-Ratliff. Can we develop a young good quarterback=other than Chad? Well at least I have built character. You need character to keep casting after hours of no hits waiting for the fish of a lifetime and I will continue to be a Jets fan. Go Jets.
