Gertrude Stien characterized people who mimicked others as "measuring worms." A measuring worm is one who "measures the great art he sees, and copies it badly."
It's just like a Habs, but there were a lot of things Habs did that can't be measured or discerned visually. They only look the same, they don't fish the same.
