Well my bro in law finally came thru yesterday. He is an engineer at Bose and came thru with the Sound Dock II for my IPOD. All I can say is WOW. The sound that comes out of that little box is truly amazing, and loud. I am very fussy about music sound and this thing is incredible. If you can afford it I can't recommended it any higher. It is fantastic.
