One of George Bush's biggest regrets was when he told the terrorists to "Bring it on."

There's no upside to rhetoric that moves people to violence. Like that newspaper that printed the pictures of Muhammad - only to have the place blown up later.
What's it get? Somebody does the tough talking and a few people feel good for ten minutes, then later on somebody else does the dying for it.
