I guess when I first read the question I just assumed that it suggested the white collar guy earn more money. I know a few blue collar who make pretty good dough and I know white collar guys who can barely afford their suits.
It's the guy who is motivated even after hours of "wasted" time and no signs of fish but who keeps going like every cast is his first cast.
