You lift alot but don't get alot of good cardio doing construction .. Construction workers diet off the garbage truck,, pizza ,, sausage subs,,cheese burgers,, add cigarettes and mass quanitys of beer and coffee .. You get older you tend to want to just lay down and die .. Can't do that ,, gotta hit the gym .,.gotta do cardio ..I have alot of new female friends working out with the girls . Wish I did this when I was younger ..
