I wish her luck. From experience, the inspection sticker will probably be dismissed. But it would be tough to see anyone toss out a 19 MPH over speeding ticket. My guess, because she has a clean record and a college student it will be the usual $100 fine. Sorry for my input but afterall she was moving pretty good.

It's the 6 years of surcharges that really stink. Best of luck again Duke.
