There were a few harsh posts here but I agree with the sentiment. Maybe you should pay the inspection fine and she the speeding ticket. Here in Conn. a decent amount of kids (under 18 or so) were killed driving last year. All were speeding. Making her pay the ticket might be the best thing you ever did.
