Try re-seating the memory and the prcessor as well as all the cables.

And By re-seating I mean to re-move them completely and plug them back in.

see if that helps.

if that doesn't then just unplug all the drive cables from the board and try booting it up. You should get something on the screen just by booting to the bios.

If you don't more than likely the Motherboard is fried...even if you have a bad video card the MB should still produce some post beeps.
