Well, if you remember back in '93 we had those two blizzards which dropped 20+ inches and 30+ inches around New England. The intensity of those storms was blamed on an abundance of tiny particles of volcanic ash hanging in the atmosphere after the recent erruption of Mt. Pinatubo, and that was in the Pillipines! With the particularly volatile Pacific storm season and the impening erruption of Mt. Redoubt in Alaska... maybe this super storm is possible. I am not a meteorologist, nor am I going to insist that anyone attend a meeting to save the volcanos.
