what's Ironic about the 1937 tax law was:
that a
tax was to be levied on the product
and to show that the
tax had been paid
it was to receive a
stamp showing that it was.
the Ironic thing was that the stamps were never made.
so you have a law that was passed and never used
to tax a product in the last
72 years...
