I have a 4 year old snowblower, bought at sears, and took the maintainance plan. The sales guy said if they can't fix it they will replace it. Long story short, starter went, and the alternator windings got chewed up by the starter teeth. They ordered the starter, and I finally got it 20 days after the initial service, seems they are having a hard time with the damn windings. They said it was delivered the 20th, I never received it. I have goten 4 different stories from they don't make the part anymore, to they have outsourced the part. Bottom line is if the can't fix it back to the way it was when I bought it they have to give me a new one. They just reordered it again, this is their last shot, then I want my new snowblower.
