More Sears Bashing -
Guy at work got Craftsman snowblower last year, it had a problem this year, service guy arrived
weeks late, and had the wrong part, again
weeks later service guy is back. During time between visits Sears corporate was called to hear about the poor service, only to discover corporate customer service is a bad as all Sears service.
When the repair man finally had the right part, the guy at work here said "I'm not very happy with Sears customer service" ... now the best part, ..... service guy says "I'm not the
happy dept."
as others said, screw the extended warranty
