Bought two chainsaws from Sears, the first was seized new in the box. Wouldn't pull over the first time I tried. They gave me an "upgrade" to replace it. It lasted 15 minutes cutting lilacs. I had bought their premix gas and bar oil figureing I couldn't wreck it that way. Third time I got a refund.
