How can they be legally binding...we are talking about a bail out...any previous agreement should be NULL AND VOID as it is TAX MONEY to bail them out...there should be NO SLACK at all for this, the government and current administration is absolutely at fault. WRECKLESS SPENDING and another Pelosi trip on the tax payers private jet...And I thought the republicans were always the ones with the blinders on????? Things are out of control.
