West Marine sells a kit the whole drum ,kit has everything you need you just have to know the size of youre axle rod (I dont know the name of it ) its the rod the drum slides on , there 1" or 1.5" but they are easy to put on just slide the drum on slide bearings on tighten screw put cap on and fill with 90 gear oil .. no packing the bearings and you can see how much oil is in it so you can fill if needed.. I bought them a couple of years ago they were only $50.00 Im sure they have gone up I saw them online the other day West Marine good luck ...Moosh Turbo lube
