For very small issues like this it's typically the most extreme people who come out in numbers and make the most noise. I didn't mean to sound condescending in that post this issue just frustrates me. I support almost all conservation efforts especially on the cape but I can't believe that dogs on 6 foot leashes are going to wipe out the piping plover populations
