When people start dying at an alarming rate, then I'll begin to worry.
This sounds exactly the same as the reports about bird flu.
With regards to the boarder jumpers, this would be a good excuse to shoot jumpers on site. We can use the excuse of "National Security and Public Safety." After the last administration, that seems to be a pretty easy excuse to use.
