That is pathetic!!! Hopefully they catch the jerk!!!!

A lot of thieves will generally strike during the day though, for 2 main reasons:
1: people at work or funeral anything they can feel will keep you away for a while.
2: the penalties in most states differ greatly on this, a daytime robbery of a persons place of residence is usually classified as "breaking and entering". Breaking into the home or residence of another after dark is usually classified as a "burglary" with much stiffer penalties. The "larceny" part carries the same penalties day or night.

First suspect would be the neighborhood teen, or someone familiar with her to know that she would be at the funeral and what time the funeral. A lot of funerals for us average folks aren't advertised or general knowledge to the public and I dought even if it was, they would list the address of the widows house and the funeral time. I'd bet it is someone she knows..... Sad but often the case....

If you find out who it is, invite him fishing, we can use my boat........
