This sorry act has been going on for as long as I can remember, but it never occurred to me that it may have been relatives. That's REALLY low. But it does make sense when you see how fast folks come out of the wood work for the "grab" after. Robbing the dead and robbing weddings are two low-life crimes that are just sub human.
