Key,

The water in fuel sensor is in the on engine fuel filter on the starboard side of the engine. The filter is red castle shaped and needs to greased with a silicone grease when reassembling to prevent it seizing from the ethanol.
The VST tank is on the rear of the engine, you will need to remove both the upper and lower engine covers and take off both side chaps to get to the drain.
