They all boxed in the woman and her kid. They stopped, where they did because they realized the street they were about to turn onto drove right by the police station. We think the kid was probably armed with a car jack, but never showed it. So we couldn't charge them with armed robbery. Nor can you charge them with robbery while masked, which he was because he has to be armed or threaten that he had a weapon to make the masking count towards the severity of the charge.

Two other municipalities are looking at them for bank jobs now. Abington id'd them on one of thiers, so they are looking at some serious time.

It was just so odd five minutes after I gave the new kid a lecture about no high speed chase and he had no choice when the dopes drive by him. They only went about 45 to 50, but that was through three stop signs including the center of town. Since the speed is zero at a stop sign 45 is pretty god damn fast.
