Today I slept in (till 6:00am) and Leo & I headed out the door about 7:00 am.
I first planned to bass fish but really wanted to cod fish for myself !
Since it was so nice out we did a quick 20kt run out to the cod grounds.
Once out there it was a steady pick of keepers and just like I figured it would be at the end of the incoming time it was non stop hook ups with most every keeper 26-30 inch.
Things slowed down during slack but when the tide turned to outgoing it was non stop again.
Tally for the day, Both Leo and Myself kept a 10 fish limit and both released a limit of keepers, and a dozen or so shorts.
Biggest fish of the day was Leo's 15lber.
