Got a little wishy-washy response from my rep, "while in general supporting the concept..." paraphrasing. He was curious of the need is to build parking lots at the end of streets (not practical and not something people are asking , eh?). Not sure if it was a hedge against people (like him) that live near the end of a road that joins the RI Shoreline.
