It is my understanding that a new rule that in order to participate, you have to bring your fish back to be measured by boat instead of over the road. I believe that this would illiminate smaller boats from participating because of the possibility of heavy seas especialy if traveling from the north shore.
If this is true, can you explain why this new rule was implemented?
I do not understand why a person with a 22' boat would spend $225.00 not knowing if he/she could get to the measuring dock. You can not depend on the weatherman, you would have to wait to the morning of the tournament.
